Simply Print out Your Order and send it in with
a Cheque or Money Order. Obese Records also accepts
Direct Bank Deposit! E-mail us for details.
HOW TO PAY
Please note that if you pay via PayPal you will
be paying for your product AND postage
in Australian Dollars, Paypal will
automatically exchange the currency for overseas buyers.
If you do not feel comfortable using the PayPal system
please use one of the other methods of payment.
PayPal (Worldwide Customers)
 
Obese Records now accepts credit card payments
via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account your
order will be processed thru the Paypal system.
Your parcel will be shipped as soon as we get
confirmation of payment from Paypal. To order
with Paypal just checkout with our easy to use
shopping cart system.
Other Methods
Money Order / Cheque -
(Australian Customers only)
Phone Order - (Australian Customers only)
Once we have received the order we will contact
you (so it's IMPORTANT that you leave us contact
details). You can ring the store during business
hours (see below for store opening times) and
pay with a credit card. Otherwise you can send
us the necessary funds via mail. We will only
accept Australian cheques and Australia Post money
orders which can be purchased from any post office
for $2.50. The parcel will not be shipped until
the funds have been cleared.
Direct Debit - (Worldwide
Customers)
Please
email us for direct debit banking details
You must send a copy of the remittance to us
before we send the parcel. Please note we will
not send the parcel until the funds have been
cleared by our bank. *Please
note: If you are a CBA customer please make sure
ALL of the account numbers are in the transaction. If any numbers are missing on the transaction
your package will be delayed.
Fraud
If you intend to use a stolen credit card, or
try to commit any type of criminal activity of
any kind, consider this your first and only warning.
We have many tools that flag fraudulent activity,
and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of
the law.
Shipping information
Australian Customers
We've chosen Australia Post to handle delivery
of all our orders. Australia Post offer a safe,
fast, cheap and reliable service! We only use the registered
parcel service and the express post service. Both methods will
need the customer to sign for the package.
If you're in a rush for your purchase Express Parcel
Post offers overnight delivery Australia Wide. Your
order will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days.
If we run out of a CD / LP that you have ordered,
we will ship the in-stock discs first. The rest
will be shipped as soon as our next shipment arrives
at our expense.
Overseas Customers
For most orders we recommend EMS Merchandise Shipping
which provides a door to door courier service with
electronic tracking. For small orders we offer Air
Mail, Economy Air or Sea Mail for more affordable
rates.
Please Note: We DO NOT recommend Sea Mail for any vinyl
orders.
Returns
Unless an item is not as described there are NO returns, all sales are final.
